RocketPunk Alpha Test

This will be delayed the RocketPunk alpha test with the latest versions of the ships to get feedback to William Minsinger about the ship designs in advance of him writing a scenario run for Friday the 29th.

RocketPunk is Mode 2 movement, with lumbering hulks of ships powered by Orion Drives in an alternate timeline where preventing the Russians from getting a foothold on Mars is a strategic goal of the Reagan Administraion in the early 1980s.

Because this is an alpha test, it's not a good candidate for your first game of Squadron Strike.
