Traveller: St. Valentine's Day Massacre

Context: 045-1106, Lacidaeus/Dpres (Trojan Reach 1319). Formerly of the Imperial Navy, the cruiser Sulu Sea had a crew of local personnel. Even the job types requiring the highest skill levels had some locals serving in important positions. A proven team of Imperial officers were mentoring and supporting a local noble as captain. Baroness Tirguulii already had an extensive combat record when the Atlantic-class cruiser was presented to her government.

This is an Aslan-vs-Protectorates Team Game with an Afteasea CA and two Elsyel DDs versus an Export Atlantic CA and Zhdavidlits CL.  Optimum number of players is 4.  I'm leaving the player count at 8; if we get everyone showing up, we'll spawn two instances of the game.
